October 23: Death Valley

Early this morning, I got a photo of Marvin with Orbi in the background. 

After breakfast, we lounged around for a bit, then hit the road. Of course, it wouldn't be an adventure if we didn't get turned around and headed the wrong way. (I hate Google Maps). I switched to another map app and got straightened out.

This what we mostly saw during our ride west through Nevada. Desert!

I was surprised at the scenery in DVNP. Very interesting formations all along the road.

Coming back. I didn't have the energy to do it!

Paul will not be denied his afternoon nap (our room wasn't ready at this time).

We took a nap then went to a buffet dinner (which was NOT worth it). Back to the room, we are watching TV and I am catching up on this blog.
